1. Medical Services Are Provided by HueVine PLLC

All medical and injectable treatments — including any service that requires a licensed medical provider — are performed by HueVine PLLC and its licensed clinicians. Non-medical spa services, retail, and this website are operated by HueVine Skincare LLC. This separation reflects the professional structure required for the delivery of medical care in Michigan.

2. This Website Is Not Medical Advice

Content on huevine.com — including descriptions of treatments, blog posts, and any answers from our assistant "Sasha" — is for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, is not a substitute for a professional evaluation, and should not be relied on to diagnose or treat any condition. Always consult a qualified provider about your specific situation.

Sasha does not and cannot assess your symptoms, recommend or withhold any treatment, advise on your candidacy, dosing, or aftercare, or answer questions specific to your condition. Sasha will decline such questions and direct you to a HueVine PLLC clinician. All advertising and informational content concerning medical or injectable services is published on behalf of, and subject to the professional control of, HueVine PLLC's licensed clinicians.

3. No Provider–Patient Relationship Online

Using this website, messaging us, or interacting with our assistant does not create a provider–patient relationship. That relationship is formed only through an in-person consultation and examination with a HueVine PLLC clinician, who determines whether a treatment is appropriate for you.

4. Results Are Not Guaranteed

Aesthetic and medical outcomes vary from person to person. Factors such as your anatomy, skin, health history, healing response, and adherence to aftercare all affect results. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific result. Before-and-after images depict actual patients, are not retouched to alter results, and are individual outcomes; where displayed, they are accompanied by context on the results a typical patient can generally expect — not a promise you will achieve the same outcome. Where any person giving a testimonial received free or discounted treatment, product, or other consideration, that connection is clearly and conspicuously disclosed on the testimonial itself, consistent with the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255).

5. Risks, Contraindications & Elective Nature

Medical aesthetic treatments carry risks, including but not limited to bruising, swelling, infection, asymmetry, allergic reaction, and, rarely, more serious complications. Some products or uses may be off-label, as permitted by law and within a provider's clinical judgment. Most of our services are elective. Your provider will review the specific risks, benefits, alternatives, and contraindications with you and obtain your informed consent before treatment. You must disclose your full health history, medications, allergies, and pregnancy/nursing status.

6. Not for Emergencies

HueVine does not provide emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you have a concern after treatment, contact us using the aftercare instructions your provider gave you.

7. Candidacy & Right to Decline

A provider may decline or modify any treatment that is not medically appropriate or safe for you. Treatment is always at the professional discretion of the clinician.

8. Professional Duty Preserved

Nothing in this Disclaimer, or in any other HueVine policy, waives or limits the professional standard of care owed to you by a licensed clinician, or your rights under Michigan law regarding professional negligence. This Disclaimer addresses information and expectations; it does not disclaim malpractice liability.
