HueVine University Course Terms

HueVine University — Course Terms, License & Educational Disclaimer

Effective Date: July 22, 2026 Provided by: HueVine Skincare LLC. HueVine University offers online educational content only. It does not provide medical services, and it is separate from the clinical care provided by HueVine PLLC.

These Terms govern your enrollment in and access to HueVine University courses, workshops, and digital materials ("Courses"). By enrolling or accessing any Course, you agree to these Terms, our Website Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Educational Purpose Only — Not Medical Advice

HueVine University Courses are for general educational and informational purposes. Course content is not medical, health, or professional advice, is not a substitute for evaluation by a licensed provider, and does not create a provider–patient or professional–client relationship. Always consult a qualified professional about your specific situation before acting on anything learned in a Course. See our Medical Disclaimer.

2. No Certification, License, or Qualification

Completing a Course, receiving a certificate of completion, or any similar acknowledgment does not certify, license, credential, or legally qualify you to perform any medical, injectable, cosmetic, or otherwise regulated procedure. Licensing and scope-of-practice are governed by your state and licensing board. You are solely responsible for determining what you are legally permitted to do and for obtaining any required license, training, or supervision. HueVine University is not an accredited institution unless expressly stated in writing for a specific Course.

3. No Guarantee of Results or Earnings

Individual results vary. We do not guarantee any particular skill outcome, business result, income, or professional advancement from taking a Course. Any testimonial or example reflects one person's experience and is not a promise of your results.

4. Your License to the Content

Subject to these Terms and payment, HueVine Skincare LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Course content for your own individual, non-commercial educational use. We retain all ownership of the content.

5. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy

All Course materials — videos, slides, workbooks, templates, protocols, text, and branding — are the intellectual property of HueVine Skincare LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not:

  • record, screen-capture, download (beyond any download we expressly provide), copy, reproduce, or create derivative works;
  • share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or publicly display the content;
  • share your login or provide access to anyone else; or
  • use the content to build or train a competing course, program, or dataset.

We claim copyright in the expression in our materials (videos, slides, written text, and graphics); the underlying techniques and methods taught are not claimed as our exclusive property, and the restrictions above are contractual limits on your use of our specific materials. A materials violation may result in suspension or termination of access; if we terminate for cause we may retain fees reasonably attributable to access already provided, but we do not forfeit amounts beyond that where forfeiture would be an unenforceable penalty or is barred by law. Login and access are monitored for shared or unauthorized use.

6. Enrollment, Payment & Access

Access is granted to the enrolling individual only. Course fees, any subscription or payment-plan terms, and the duration of access are disclosed at enrollment. If a Course renews automatically, before you pay we disclose — clearly, conspicuously, and next to your consent — that it renews, the renewal frequency and price, how to cancel, and the deadline to cancel; you consent by a separate affirmative action. You may cancel any time online through your account or by contacting us, with no fee or retention step, effective before the next renewal, consistent with California Bus. & Prof. Code § 17600 et seq. and every other applicable state automatic-renewal law. (The FTC's 2024 "click-to-cancel" rule was vacated in 2025, so we rely on these state laws.) Financing, if offered, is governed by our Financing Disclosures.

7. Refunds for Digital Courses

Because Courses are digital content delivered immediately:

  • On-demand / self-paced Courses: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have accessed no more than 15% of the Course (measured by lessons or run-time); we will tell you your access percentage on request. After that, the Course is non-refundable, except where a greater refund or cancellation right is required by your state's law, which we honor.
  • Live / cohort sessions: Follow the class rules in our Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy (§4A) — including the 7-day cancellation window, single reschedule for ongoing sessions, and transfer with approval and a 10% fee.
  • If we cancel or materially change a Course, or it does not meet minimum enrollment, you receive a full refund or a credit — your choice.

8. Student Conduct & Community

If a Course includes a community, forum, or live chat, you agree to participate respectfully and lawfully. We may remove content or suspend access for abusive, infringing, or disruptive behavior. Any content you post is subject to the user-content terms in our Website Terms of Service.

9. Accessibility

We work to make HueVine University content accessible consistent with our Accessibility Statement (WCAG 2.1 AA target). If you need materials in an alternative format, contact us and we will provide a reasonable alternative.

10. Eligibility & Minors

You must be at least 18 to enroll, unless a Course is expressly offered for minors with verified parent/guardian consent. HueVine University is not directed to children under 13.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Courses are provided "as is" for educational use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HueVine's liability related to a Course is limited as described in our Website Terms of Service (§14), and we do not limit liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Nothing here limits a licensed clinician's professional duty in the separate clinical setting.

12. Changes, Governing Law & Severability

We may update these Terms; material changes take effect no sooner than 30 days after posting and are not retroactive to a Course you already purchased. These Terms are governed by Michigan law, except where your state of residence grants greater non-waivable rights. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
