What this covers
HueVine Skincare LLC and HueVine PLLC handle your personal information when you visit huevine.com, book or receive services, buy products, or contact us.
What we collect
From you: name, contact details, date of birth, appointment and treatment preferences, health-intake answers, photos you choose to share, and messages you send us. Payment details are processed by our payment providers.
Automatically: device and browser data, IP address, and pages viewed, through cookies and similar tools.
From others: our booking system, payment processor, financing partner, and email and text tools.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
How we use it
To book and provide services, take payments, keep records, send service messages, and run the site. We send marketing messages only if you opt in. Our scheduling assistant, "Sasha," helps with reminders and questions. A person reviews any decision that affects a fee or care, if you ask.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run our operations (scheduling, payments, hosting, analytics, messaging), under contracts that limit their use.
- Professional advisors, and authorities when the law requires it.
- In a business sale, your information may transfer, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your information for money. Some state laws treat certain sharing for advertising as a "sale" or "share." You can opt out at the "Your Privacy Choices" link, or with the Global Privacy Control browser setting.
We do not run advertising or analytics tags on pages where you choose treatments, complete health intake, or book clinical services. We do not use health data for targeted advertising.
Health information
Some of what you tell us about your health may be "consumer health data" under laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada SB 370. For that data:
- We collect it only to provide the services you request, with your consent.
- We do not sell it, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
- We do not disclose it without your separate authorization, except as the law allows.
- You can withdraw consent and ask for deletion, subject to our legal record-keeping duties.
Clinical records created by HueVine PLLC are kept under Michigan medical-records law and, where it applies, HIPAA. The full Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy is a separate page.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or sharing. We give these core rights to all clients. To use them, contact hello@huevine.com or (248) 234-5001, or use the "Your Privacy Choices" link.
Email and text
We send marketing texts only with your separate, written opt-in. Reply STOP to end texts, or use "unsubscribe" in emails. Consent to marketing is never a condition of purchase.
Security and retention
We keep information as long as needed for services, legal and tax duties, and disputes, then delete or de-identify it. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.
