Financing Disclosures

Financing Disclosures

Effective Date: July 22, 2026 Provided by: HueVine Skincare LLC (and HueVine PLLC for medical services). Financing is offered through third-party lenders, not by HueVine.

HueVine offers the option to pay for products and services over time through third-party financing partners we may offer. These disclosures explain how that works and what your rights are. Please read them before you apply.

1. HueVine Is Not the Lender

HueVine does not lend money, set your interest rate, or make the credit decision. Financing is provided by our third-party financing partner and/or its bank or lending partners (the "Lender"). Your loan or payment plan is a contract between you and the Lender, governed by the Lender's own agreement and disclosures — not by this page. HueVine is a merchant that accepts the Lender's financing as payment.

2. Your Terms Come From the Lender

Your Annual Percentage Rate (APR), finance charges, payment schedule, down payment, fees, and total cost are determined by the Lender based on its underwriting and are disclosed to you by the Lender before you agree, as required by the federal Truth in Lending Act (TILA), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., and Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. Part 1026. Rates and terms vary by applicant. Review the Lender's disclosures carefully — they control.

When we advertise financing. When HueVine or our assistant "Sasha" advertises specific financing terms (for example, a monthly payment amount, a number of payments, or an interest rate), we comply with the advertising requirements of the Truth in Lending Act and Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. § 1026.24, and will state the required repayment terms and APR alongside any such amount. We will never advertise a deferred-interest promotion as "0%" or "no interest" without stating, clearly and with equal prominence, that interest may be charged retroactively from the purchase date if the balance is not paid in full within the promotional period.

3. No Guarantee of Approval

Applying for financing does not guarantee approval, a particular amount, or a particular rate. Approval and terms are the Lender's decision. Checking your eligibility may involve a soft or hard credit inquiry as the Lender describes; the Lender — not HueVine — determines which.

4. Promotional / Deferred-Interest Plans — Read This

Some plans are advertised as "0% APR" or "no interest if paid in full" within a promotional period. With certain deferred-interest plans, if you do not pay the full balance before the promotional period ends, interest may be charged retroactively from the original purchase date. If a plan you are offered works this way, the Lender will disclose it — make sure you understand whether a promotion is true 0% or deferred interest before you accept. We do not describe a deferred-interest plan as simply "0%."

5. You Can Choose Another Way to Pay

Financing is optional. You may always pay by card or other accepted methods instead. Choosing financing is never required to receive care or purchase products, and your treatment and pricing do not change based on whether you finance.

6. Preservation of Your Claims (FTC Holder Rule)

Consumer credit contracts that finance the purchase of goods or services include the notice required by the FTC Holder Rule, 16 C.F.R. § 433.2, which preserves your right to raise against the Lender the same claims and defenses you could raise against HueVine (for example, if a product or service was defective), up to the amount you paid. This protects you and is a reason to keep your financing documents. HueVine confirms that every consumer-credit contract used to finance a HueVine purchase contains this notice.

Financed purchases and "non-refundable" terms. If HueVine fails to provide a product or service you financed, you are not required to keep paying the Lender for it. Under the FTC Holder Rule you may assert that failure against the Lender and recover amounts you have paid, up to the amount financed, regardless of any "non-refundable" or "final sale" term in any HueVine agreement, which does not apply to and cannot waive this right. We will not enforce a non-refundability term against a client who financed an undelivered or materially deficient product or service, and we will issue a merchant credit or refund to the Lender in that circumstance.

7. Fair Lending & Non-Discrimination

HueVine refers clients to third-party financing partners and, for that limited purpose, is treated as a "creditor" under Regulation B (12 C.F.R. § 1002.2(l)). We offer financing information on the same terms to every client, and we train our staff and our AI assistant not to encourage or discourage any application based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, receipt of public assistance, or the good-faith exercise of Consumer Credit Protection Act rights, consistent with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), 15 U.S.C. § 1691, and Regulation B, 12 C.F.R. § 1002.4(b). We do not collect or consider prohibited-basis information in deciding whether to present financing. If a Lender denies your application, the Lender must give you the reason(s) as ECOA requires.

8. Merchant Relationship & Compensation

HueVine may have a business relationship with financing partners and, in some arrangements, may pay a fee to, or receive consideration from, a partner for offering its product. This does not change your loan terms, which are set by the Lender. We disclose this so you understand the relationship.

9. This Is Not Financial Advice

We can explain the financing options we accept, but HueVine staff are not financial advisors and cannot advise you on whether financing is right for your situation. Please review the Lender's terms and consider your own circumstances, or consult a financial advisor.

10. Medical Services Financing

For financing that pays for medical or injectable services provided by HueVine PLLC, the same rules apply: the Lender sets the credit terms, results are never guaranteed (see the Medical Disclaimer), and financing a treatment does not change the clinical assessment or your right to decline.

11. Questions, Disputes & Contact

Questions about a loan or payment plan (balance, payments, disputes about the financing itself) should go to the Lender using the contact information in your financing agreement. Questions about a product or service you financed can come to us: HueVine — hello@huevine.com — (248) 234-5001 — 17641 W 12 Mile Rd, Lathrup Village, MI 48076.

12. Changes, Governing Law & Severability

We may update these Disclosures; the effective date above reflects the latest version, and changes are not retroactive to financing you already entered into. These Disclosures are governed by Michigan law, except where the consumer-credit or consumer-protection law of your state of residence provides greater, non-waivable rights. Your financing agreement's own governing-law terms apply to that agreement. If any provision here is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

Our financing partners are independent companies; their names and marks belong to them. Financing is subject to the Lender's approval and terms.
